How to Use:
For Monitoring: 1 - 2 traps per acre.
For population control: For most effective control, use up to 1 trap per tree. Less traps can be effective, results will depend on tree density.
Field life: 4 to 8 weeks depending on environmental conditions. May require water replenishment due to evaporation.
Shelf life: 2 years if refrigerated. For short term storage of less than 2 months, store in cool indoor area. For long term storage of more than 2 months, store in refrigerator.

IT079 Pheromone lure for monitoring of olive fruit fly, Bactrocera oleae. Nature identical, environmentally friendly, species specific pheromone suspended in time release formula, stored in vial. When used with the AR914 Yellow Sticky Trap, which has printed grids on the sticky surface of the trap, this trapping system facilitates precise counts of the olive fruit fly for users integrated pest management program. Yellow Sticky traps are designed to attract and capture a variety of insects such as winged aphids, fungus gnats, whiteflies, olive fruit flies and cucumber beetles. They can also be used to detect for the presence of the glassy winged sharpshooter along Pierce's disease risk habitat. These traps are made of a durable cardboard material which is colored with the proven insect attractant yellow and coated with an odor free sticky surface.
